World Options

I am looking for internation scouting, to turn it on, but I can't find World options. Help?

Hopefully this is what your looking for. In the game click on Your team's dropdown (top right tab) then click on scouting in the dropdown and on that page you can set up your scouting choices..Hope this helps

If you mean turning on international scouting as distinct from other scouting, you can't. It is either scouting (including international) on, or all off. So if your "Use complete scouting system" is set to off, then you can't have the international elements.

I would like to see the option to turn the international scouting off with scouts on (and possibly vice versa) but you can't yet.

Not true really. You can turn off National scouting by setting the budget to $0. Same for International or just deselect all countries. Turn National Scouting on by setting an amount to spend. Turn International on by selecting the contry(ies) you want to scout in and the amount it costs is automatically added to the International budget. 1 country is free.
So if one only wants International scouting, set National Budget to 0 and select the International countries you want to scout in. Then you have only International scouting. OOTP12 only..

Interesting, but sounds like that is for human GMs only. IE if scouting is on then yes, the human GM can put nothing into international scouting, but the AI presumably will still find international players.
