Can't Purchase Game!
I'm getting this error message:
Your credit card could not be processed Credit card failed with error= -10 A connection to the license servers could not be established What gives? I have cable and a firewall. |

If it's your home PC you will probably have to diasable your firewall software in order to get the elicense. Beyond that I'd suggest contacting ViaTech customer support at (508) 647-0464 or emailing support@elicense.com.
