Change teams? I've been managing my current team for about 30 years now, and missed the playoffs about half a dozen times, won more than half the championships, etc. Figured I'd switch to one of the teams that has never had any success and build them up, then realized I have no idea how. I can view them, I can look at their front office, but I can't figure out how to actually control them. Most likely something blindingly obvious...what am I missing?

Go to "Manager Options" -> "Action" -> "Manage Different Team" and select the team you want to manage. Simple to find, right?

Yep, I thought I tried the Action button on all the manager screens...apparently this was the one that I missed.
