Human Lineup Subs

Help! After a week of success, OOTP 12 is suddenly not allowing any Human manager substitutions either before or during a game. Has anyone else experienced this?. I had already installed both patches and things were working fine until today. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The only response I get when I attempt to access the lineup substitution screnn is the dreaded (OOTP has encountered an problem and needs to close.) message.

Sounds like your league file is corrupted.

Do you have a back-up?
