I want to run a league starting in 1901, but with negro players able to be drafted. Is it possible? If so what is the best roster pack to use?

Also, this will be a historical league so I need to know how to force it to use a different database.

In other words........HELP!!!!

By Downloading a negro League Database if theirs one out their?
Japan one that includes 1979 Teams?
