Yet Another Financial Question
I've only played current MLB seasons or historic seasons.
I am looking to set up a fictional league using small, mid-sized markets. I want the avg attendance to be around 15k per game, and was planning on a 75 game season. What is the best way to figure out what the avg media contract should be? What I should set the player salary levels for? I was thinking of using a salary cap, but does that just make everything much more complicated? I appreciate any feedback.

With the current budget problems, it's probably best to set the cash max to 0, until the next patch. |

Ahhh...found it...thanks....it wasn't available yet because I hadn't run the draft.
Another question...if I use a salary cap...is the cap for the 25 man roster or for the 40 man roster?

40. It's also not a hard cap. Arbitration rulings and adding players to the 40 will allow you to go over the cap.
