Manager Mode?

I am seeing all of this manager mode threads about how long did you last..where is manager mode in ootp12? Did I over look it?

If i'm reading your ?? correctly, They are talking about actually managing a team....and not having the ai manage it..When you first create a game, it gives you the option to manage any team or start unemployed..If you manage a team, your in manager mode. as for "how long did you last" simply means how long were you manager before you got fired.. Commish mode is sometimes referred to as God mode...you have the power to do pretty much anything you want..also, you need to be in commish mode to do a lot if in game edits..

They are posting screen shots of something totally different...maybe I read the title wrong and its not OOTP12. Thanks
