The Game isn't letting me advance

I am the Mets in my game; however, it won't let me advance because the Boston Red Sox rookie ball team has only 6 players, what can I do to advance? Please help me, I really want to continue with my game lol

Enabling "ghost players", somewhere in the game\league setup options should get you going. I like this option as you never have to worry about if all of the teams are "full". If a team is short it just uses a "ghost" that is approx. a league average player.

Sorry don't have the game where I am posting from so can't give you a definite path to the option to turn on ghosts.
