Online functions not working.

my league recently upgraded to the new patch. I was able to access the league file but downloading new file and importing roster did not work. I than updated my game to the newest patch 12.1.11 but upon accessing the same file. I still cannot import or download new file. when i click import/export the only option i see now is "export team" and when I try to load online league file, I get a blank message box that pops up. I have re-installed the game, logged out of the online account and back in. as well as deleting and redownloading the league file. All to no avail.

anyone have any solutions?

Have you contacted your commissioner to see if there are any other league members with the same issue?

there is one other person with the same issue. I didn't know if this was a league problem or if this was the case for everyone.. with the blank box after attempting to load new online league file.

edit: problem went away after a new file was released. maybe I had attempted to download a file during his upload? Anyway for anyone else that encounters this, try to get a new file uploaded from commish.
