Question Newbie Issues

My computer - Windows vista - 64 bit

I just downloaded the game and have questions:

[1] My Data folder within OOTP12 has only 2 folders (fonts & skins) that's it. seems odd. The default.data folder has a about 25 zip files that do not appear to ever be unzipped. Shouldn't those zip files have been unzipped andn all be located in the Data folder..... i.e a couple of those files is facegen photofit files & facegen files. did something not downlooad correctly?

[1] None of the players in the 2011 MLB files have facegen images. When I go to BNN Player Index there is one picture for all players, and the player profile has the club logo for all players, no individual image. What do I need to do to get images for every player?

[2] I went to the PadresFan website and downloaded the 2011 OOTP MLBBallparks and Classic Ballparks zip file. I unzipped it and notice a set of files in a folder called MACOSX (I assume that is for a Mac user, correct), the other folder is OOTP Ballpark images and that folder has a bunch of jpeg files. Where do I placed these jpegs (what OOTP folder) in order for them to work?

Appreciate any assistance.

You still have to assign ballparks to their teams. You have to go each team page and look for edit ballparks and on the second tab on the top you hit, you should see 2 buttons for that teams day and night photo. Do this for each team.

OOTP creates two seperate folders on your hard drive. One is in "C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP12". You can ignore this folder. The folder you want for game data and such is under "C:\users\(your username)\Out Of The Park Developments\ect.."

Note to self: Princess Kenny was really off-putting.

appreciate the information. I am slowly but surely finding everything.

One thing I still do not understand is if I go and create a "custom League" and there are all of these fictional players, how do you get facegen images for all of them without assigning them individually by player (which would be virtually impossible, given the number of players)?

Also, if you make changes (edits) to one league - like getting all the correct uniforms, logos, ballparks, etc will these changes be universal or just for the league? In other words, I downloaded the facegen images, the ballparks, logos, etc, and made the edits to all of the MLB teams in my league.. So if I start another MLB league, would I have to do all of that work again.

Is there a universal way of making sweeping edits, without doing so to individuals / teams in terms of logos, ballparks, etc.
