Roman era namesets

Probably an extreme stretch, but has anyone ever done one of these at all? Would be interested in finding one for a league I'm building, so figured I'd see if anyone had taken on such an ambitious task.

Cooley how would I go about combining The 1st & last names from 11 along with your female 1st names and the 1st & last names for the Roman nameset together?
Is it as simple as cutting & pasting yours into each appropriate txt? How would i get these to show up in an existing game?
