Postseason Box Scores

I've been wondering if anyone can help me find the page where you can look at the box scores of previous season playoff games. I want to know which of my teams made the playoffs, not just the runner ups and winners of the championship series.

In the History section, you can see the results of all playoff series, but the actual boxscores are not saved for past seasons except in the almanac.
