I've always just used the default skin, but the dark looks really nice. Glad I made the switch.

I really like the dark skin this year as well. Until my eyes get destroyed by the contrast levels, I'll be using it.

I like to check the lineup before each game to sub out tired players or sub in players performing well. This color change makes it a little harder.

Personally, I hate colour-coded text. I find it visually distracting and it interferes with legibility. I'd rather see a symbol beside the players name to indicate he's a starter. Or alternatively a column with "starter" or even just "S" in it. (The advantage of making it a column is that you can then sort with it.)

I find most of the skins from versions of late rather displeasing. I'd love to see some extra skins added, giving us more options/variety. I find I get tired of playing games if the colour and design frustrates my eyes.

I prefer darker skins (as most do) but there's only ever one of them. Another dark skin or 2 would be great to choose from. Perhaps one with less colour. I find too much colour hard to look at for too long. Something in a black & silver type design - so it looks easy on the eye.

Sorry to request such things just days after you've finally released another great version guys. Many thanks.

It should just be that you can edit the color of different things (text, highlighted text, menus, etc) the same exact way that you do the team colors and uniforms in-game. Then everyone would be able to use the colors that they prefer.

I installed the patch, did you install the full install over the top?

If so, does that mess with anything like ball parks?

I've installed the update....I like ootp12 sin but it has no image as background (if you are in an off day in schedule, it is all blank!!!)

If I install the full new version, will it impact my previous actions (i've imported my season from ootp11 and uploaded logo-cap-jersey for every team at every level) ???

That's what I need to know, will a full install over the top mess anything up?

I know it won't mess up saved games, but what about the folders in the ootp 12 folder under my docs?

Since the skins are under program files, can't those be updated via patch???

I'm only running a really bare bones setup right now so I can't confirm or deny anything but full install shouldn't mess up anything (like mods unless they change system files), I'd just back up before and reinstall.

Actually, I like the dark skin in this new verison better, so I'll just stick with it for now.

Was the ootp12 skin fixed to show the winning team highlighted on the schedule screen?

Markus said earlier that the update didn't have the skin changes, just the full install. Otherwise, I'm not sure if the bolding issue was changed yet either.

Ok, I didn't know if the full update fixed the ootp12 skin.. I'm sure at some point you can download them from within the game.

Just installe full NEW version over original version: game saved is untouched even all the caps-jerseys and logos, dark skin is better, winning teams are in bold. Ootp12 skins still lack of this "old" feature.
Is there anything else you want to check?
Btw, it seems that it don't mess up with already installed version and you have not to un-license.

I just want that one updated, I love the darker look of the new dark skin... I love the way it makes the ratings "pop out".

anyone try to install the dark skin (or any for that matter) addon for 11? just want to go back to my background that I had..not a fan of the pitcher...and the only way I know how to do that is to get the skin addon and replace the background file right?
