getting my serial # again

I got a virus last month and had to reformat my hard drive and i forgot to get a copy of my confirmation email where i think my serial number, will it be emailed out again on release day?

I can not seem to find my confirmation email either. I preordered OOTP 12 and checked back on my CC statements. But my email is gone.

Please have a look at the eSellerate web site, they have an adfter sales support page where you can request your order ID and serial#. If that does not work just send me an email with as many information about the purchase as possible.
