Crashing between seasons, HELP!!!

Every time I go from one season to the next (when I click proceed to next season), the game crashes and when I open it again I am in the next season but their is no Amateur draft, coaches/scouts draft, or free agents draft. I have simulated new leagues several times and this keeps happening (I have restarted my computer also, so that is not the problem). I need to say that I recently downloaded a stadiums utility to my OOTP4 file but never put them into the game (they are in the OOTP4 file, I just never changed them so they would be in the game). I tried to erase some of the stadium files and may have erased a file that is necessary to have the drafts and whatnot for a new season. I love the game and want to play again so if anyone can help I would welcome suggestions.

You need to give me some details about your PC, like RAM, free HD space.....

My computer is a Compaq PC, Pentium 3 at 733 MHZ.
35.31 GB/26.6 Free. Windows 98. 128 MB of RAM

You might try installing the game again into another directory and see if that corrects the problem, since I do not know what you deleted it could be possible.
