Suspensions/Fines

Has any commissioner felt the need to suspend or fine a live GM for violation of league rules?

If so, how do you work it?

I recently felt it necessary to issue a suspension and fine towards a GM.
The fine, probably minor really, was $100,000 which i will take out of their cash total.
The suspension, 2 games, will be served by not uploading the GM's team file for the night...we sim 2 days per sim.

Interested in other situations.

I usually like harsher penalties to prevent the GM not doing it again, or not doing it in the first place. We just put a rule in place in my league about Rule 5 players who were drafted and being released (or sent down during the year) which will cause the team that released the player a 1st round draft pick.
