Pitcher rest
How much of a difference in performance does it make to start a pitcher who is 80-85% rested vs. 100% rested? (Same pitcher with 14 out of 20 stamina, just different levels of rested.) This would typically be on 3 days vs. 4 or 5 days between starts. Does their performance suffer much if any?

I think they only tire faster (can't throw as many pitches before status goes from OK to tired).

For my league i usea 4 man rotation and skip the #4 guy often, while I have pitched my #1 guy at 63% sometimes, all i notice is he will get tired after about 90 pitches vs 140 (STA of 10 out of 10). And yeah i wouldnt do it often cuz i dont want to risk injury.
