I just noticed that for the first 5 years we had no manager, so I signed Kevin Hines for a 4 year deal through 1909.

1906- Even more dissapointment
The Tigers started the year, like every year, with hope. That hope slowly faded away. The prediction for the Tigers were even worse than last year. The Tigers were supposed to go 29-125. If that happened in the real world, it would be one of the worst in Major League Baseball history. Thankfully, however, the Tigers did better. Not by much though, as they finished at 39-115, good enough for 8th place in the AL. The bright spots for the team were Claude Rossman with a team-high .259 batting average, not good at all. The other bright spot was Irv "Young Cy" Young with a team-low 2.77 ERA. |

1907- Wow. Just Wow.
Oh boy. I don't feel like talking about these guys. I must though. The Tigers were supposed to have a 17-137 record, and finished with a 20-134 record. They had a .130 winning percentage. There were no bright spots on the team. In fact, there were only two players with an E.R.A. that qualifies on the team leaderboard. Up next, World Series, Award Winners, and Hall of Fame Inductions |

I'm reading, but can't believe the bad luck you're having. Who are your 'stars'? Are your best prospects not panning out, etc.?
