Pitcher Ratings Loss - Immediately Following Draft

Has anyone had players, one week after the draft, lose 3+ points off of their ratings? My online league uses reduced ratings (Stuff, Movement, Control).

3 of my players had their ratings reduced:
SP Mateo Prada
Pre: 6 5 6
Post: 1 5 6

RP Terry Orosco
Pre: 5 2 6
Post: 0 2 6

RP Seth Goldberg
Pre: 3 2 5
Post: 0 2 5

Another player reduced:
CL Morris Dickerson
Pre: 8 5 4
Post: 4 5 4

The only players affected by this were some select pitchers. Prior to the draft, the commissioner had been fiddling with ratings, and subsequently, edited players escaped the ratings reductions... Does OOTP actually have a feature that causes players to undevelop suddenly one week following the draft without losing talent?

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using scouts? Are the ratings "Pre" the ones seen during the draft?

Steve, we've seen this in the USBA too. I have something in the beta forum.

Coaches/Scouts are disabled.
Pre refers to ratings seen before and during the draft (same league file).
Post refers to the ratings seen immediatly following the draft.

If you could post a link to the Beta thread it'd be appreciated.

Any progress on resolving this? Or at least a link to the beta thread (what no.81 already said).

Is it fair to assume this is a "bug" and not a "feature"?
