error message

when i attempt to create a historical league it gives me this error message

RUNTIME ERROR!

program c:\programfiles\ootp5\ootp5.exe

abnormal program termination

i downloaded the stats and followed every step in "how to create a historical league". i typed in the year and path for the stats and when i press "import league" this message pops up.

now this happens for any league i try to start up

Try just re-installing the game.
