OOTP12 League: Want To Help?

Trying to get an early start on planning a 2012 league but would like help from anyone who shares my passion of planning early to make it a successful league from the start. I am particularly looking for an individual that could help design and maintain a VERY attractive main web page that has the ability to take advantage of Statslab widgets. I would be willing to finance the cost of building said website if thats what it takes to get a top notch looking site. Also would like to have someone proficient at creating and editing graphics (such as logos and banners).
