Changing background

The main background that you see on any of the team screens like roster, depth charts, etc...its of a pitcher just after he has released a pitch. Where is that picture located and can I change it out with a watermark image of my own?

The issue is that when I am in full screen mode, the background picture is only about half the size of my screen so I see other screens through the one I'm on.
