What is the difference between these two DB's?

I have downloaded these two databases from Padresfan:

Real Team, High School, All Players

and

Real Debut, real Team, All Players

What does each one contain? What is the difference?

the first one every available player is 18 or younger depending on HS graduation. Some can go collegiate, some can sign, etc.

the second is also known as the Gambo db.
