A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...."

Reporting from the Victory Celebration after the Battle Of Endor, this is Ryl Thur of the Holonet. The Galactic Civil War is over! The Rebellion led by Princess Leia Organa, Admiral Ackbar, Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker, Captain Han Solo, General Lando Calrissian and a tribe of furry creatures called Ewoks took down the mighty Empire. Emperor Palpatine And the Sith Lord Darth Vader are dead. The 2nd Death Star was destroyed.
In the aftermath of the celebration a B-Wing pilot known simply at Lt Fox who is some far away planet called Earth has staged a game that he calls baseball. its game with 9 players to a team and the hit a little round white ball with a stick and the other people chase it around and try to catch it. How is this a game? Lt Fox said this is 1 of the 4 most popular sports on his homeworld.
In the 1st game ever played in this galaxy, the field is called Victory Field here in the Ewoks Bright Tree Village. On the side of Lt Fox playing RF is Luke Skywalker playing CF, Han Solo at 2B, Lando Calrission at 3B, the fearless Wookie Chewbacca at 1B, Princess Leia Organa at SP, Orrimaarko in LF, young Ewok warrior hero Wicket at 1B and Sgt George Lattman catching
vs.
2nd Lt John Williams at SP, Lt Cdr Jim Johnson 1B, Admiral Ackbar in LF, General Crix Madine in RF, Rebellion Leader Mon Mothma in LF, the Bothan leader Borsk Fey'lya at 3B, the young Ewok warrior and son of Ewok Medicine Man Logray at 2B and Rebel Commando Mike Sullivan at SS.
Lt Fox' team is called the White Sox, while Mon Mothma's team is called the Rebels. The White Sox beat the rebels 14-5.Lt Fox has hopes that his favorite game will catch on in this galaxy. I don't see it happening Mr Fox.

The following is my OOTP recount of a league that I have been playing since 1988. While some things will be changed, hopefully many things will remain the same. In 2003 is where the story of the Endor Baseall League will begin, but 1st I will recount the history of MLB from 1999 - 2002.

I tried to make some thing s accurate but since the game doesnt put in historical Owners & Coaches not all of them r correct. I did add virtually every coach as of 1999 a long with a few that were retired but came in later on.

1st up is the Final Regular Season Standings of the MLB 1999 season.

update on 2 players I created for MLB both have roles on my EBL as players and mgrs in my EBL in 2017 and 2020.
Jerome Hopkins is a C who eventually is the backup C on the 2018-19 White Sox. A team that I will eventually be the GM for. In 2020 he is my backup C for the Ford Thunderbirds and has been my bench coach, PC for 3 of my teams and unsuccessfully managed the Atlantis Sharks then became AL President in 2033.

Harry Walker is very similar to Randy Johnson. In 1999 orig he played a small part for the Anaheim Angels and then shot to stardom in 2002. Eventually he signed the largest contract ever for a SP. In my league orig he had 517 Wins with only 200 losses. I dont see him doing that in OOTP, but lets see how close he will get.
In the off seasons when he is not pitching he is an amateur boxer who eventually beats Bad Bad Leroy Brown to capture the Heavyweight Title at age 37. He held that for 3 years til Big Boa got out of prison to regain his Title. Walker played for "The Greatest Team On Paper" the 2017 Anderson Indians (more on them later on) In 2020 he becomes my PC for the Ford Thunderbirds and helps stage the biggest Amateur coup in baseball history by declaring both his star studded sons for the EBL. Both have great success for the Ford Thunderbirds and when Walker manages the Cooperstown Quest in 2030.
