Facegen Creation Problem

I couldn't find the answer to this so apologies if it is already out there.

My game somehow randomly generated new pictures for my players and I've been taking the old pictures and using facegen to get the faces to go back the way they were. My problem is that using the old player photos are creating good facegens but the translation into the game is incorrect for a good part of them. How can I make the facegen from the program translate correctly into the game?

Thanks in advance.

In case I need to clarify, what's happening is my players are appearing correctly in the facegen program, but imported into OOTP the players have fatter faces and it's making them look different than they should be.

the first one is before the regeneration, the second is what he looks like after being imported into the game.

The first thing I noticed was his name is spelled herring2 in the file. Does it have the 2 at the end in the game?

@chicagofan: the different cap is because he was traded midseason
@prodgers: the name difference is because i made two to see if making his face skinnier in the facegen program would work, and it did not

joe herring2.fg just has no facial hair while joe_herring.fg has facial hair.... i wanted to see if that might make a difference

Ok, so I figured out what the problem was. I had to change the weight of the player because it turns out that the game doesn't compensate that well for a player's weight. Making the player skinnier in game makes the picture turn out better.
