Custom Jersey Problem

After I save my file in paint.net and put it in the jersey file I try to update the jersey manually and all I ever get on the player pictures are a bunch of vertical or or horizontal lines. The ballcap doesnt even show up now.

Any idea what Im doing wrong?

Did you save your jersey and cap as .png files?

Cep's got that one right... its usually cause the file wasn't saved as a PNG file.

Also, make sure you didnt change the dimensions (should be 512 x 512 pixels) or the positioning of the Jersey and Cap templates within the files.
