Found a team image of The Hartford Dark Blues from 1876 in this article, Google Image Result for http://www.hogriver.org/issues/v01n03/dark_blues.jpg. Several players in uniform. Doug Allison 1871, Bill Harbidge 1875, Dick Higham 1871 all seem to be uniformed images for players in the facepack.
