Free Agents
I have noticed for several seasons while playing OOTP11 that the list of Free Agents prompted by clicking the "Free Agents" button quite often does not include all of the free agents actually available. Could you make sure that ALL free agents are actually included- it seems that when they are omitted from the list the teams controlled by AI do not even submit bids on those players that were not included while teams controlled by Human Managers (by finding the players by scrolling through Player Search) are able to bid virtually uncontested.
