Need LOTS of help creating a league

Ok, so basically I need some pointers in how to create an online league. A group of friends bought the game and I've volunteered to create the league. I've familiarized myself with most of single person play, I've created a league and decided on my settings. I've now added all 17 human managers to my game (unassigned).

Essentially, my question is...What's next?
