Stadium Templates?
Over the years, we've all enjoyed the stadium mods provided by forum members like Teflon Skies and Blueturf. I've just now begun working on some stadium mods of my own, and I was wondering if anyone has stadium templates available?
Since many people have used the Old Time Baseball and Tony LaRussa stadiums as a basis, it would be convenient to have templates of 'stripped down' versions of these stadiums, leaving the backgrounds transparent. Or, at the very least, it would be nice to have an assortment of fields with walls in place, and then modifications could be developed from there. Does anyone have templates for things like this that you'd be willing to share? |

Here is a basic infield layout and stands that works with the default fielder positions in OOTP. Since all the really interesting stadium detail is in the outfield, you still have a lot of freedom to create on top of this template. Foul poles are shown as a reference for beginning your outfield fences. The playing surface extends to the horizon line which should give you some reference when overlaying a cityscape or other background. A plain gradient sky fill has been added - but finding a nice real sky is a plus.
