Errors in Almanacs

During the free agency period I went back to see what my record was the previous year against LHP and RHP. I was suprised to see the following on the "clubhouse" page (the main team page) in the almanac:

SD:
Record vs LHP: 18 Wins, 64 Losses
Record vs RHP: 67 Wins, 13 Losses

This is way off - my team never faced anywhere near 81 LHP and I know I didn't dominate RHP like this. I checked all other teams in two different almanacs and they ALL had LH/RH win-loss numbers way out of whack (a few examples):

Col:
Record vs LHP: 26 Wins, 50 Losses
Record vs RHP: 70 Wins, 16 Losses

SF:
Record vs LHP: 22 Wins, 58 Losses
Record vs RHP: 65 Wins, 17 Losses

LA:
Record vs LHP: 22 Wins, 59 Losses
Record vs RHP: 56 Wins, 25 Losses

What is common is the W/L records are all split 81-81 against LH and RH and all teams show heavy wins against RH and heavy losses against LH.

Maybe this is a known bug, but I couldn't find any reports on it.

Are you running v5.10? This was supposedly fixed in the patch.

Not if the previous seasons have already been simmed using 5.01, I'm afraid. I take the HTML pages get created for the Almanac at a given time and don't get refreshed, thus every oddity the game had the moment the seasons were simmed stay forever.

Yes, the league was created using v. 5.10. I created the league on April 24 (two weeks after the update), using the gforce total minors opening day rosters.

I think this is related.

I just discovered that the vs LHP/RHP Losses are reversed on the HTML roster report for each team. For example, one team has:

Record vs LHP: 11 Wins 27 Losses
Record vs RHP: 10 Wins 9 Losses

It should be 11-9 and 10-27.

We are in the middle of our first season, and we started with 5.10.

I believe it is just the report, however, because BOSI has the right numbers from the Exporter program. So, the data must be right in the game files at least.

Beings will most definitely come." - Gladden Field of Dreams

Known issue. Splits are fine on the expanded standings if you want to check them within the game.
