Error message b4 i even bought the damn game!!

Ok when i click on ootp4setup.exe it says
"Could not initialize installation. File size expected=13838390,size returned=13182255. The parameter is incorrect"
What should I do? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

the file you d/l is not a complete one. you have to d/l it again.
