Inputting BJ,s Cap Logos and Using Them
I downloaded the set of Complete cap logos from padresfan. The work applied to these is fantastic. It is a 19.2 MB file. I certainly commend the man as an artist. But, the problem is they are placed on placards and in the game if you select a placard you get the entire placard rather than one LOGO. How do you use individual cao logo's rather than the entire set? The answer is probably simple...but, then again ...so am I. Thanks, Dave

Try one of the other downloads. Cap logos are just team logos and those are available in plenty. However, I think what you would do better with is are cap files like the ones below. To get them, go back to that web site and click FaceGen instead of Logos. |

Thank you Gentlemen.....I tried every which way to get them to work and thought that I was getting dumber than I already was....:-) It is difficult to get something to work that wasn't intended to work in the first place. Your kind attention is appreciated. Do either of you know the answer to this question. I have Viva working on getting the CD to work for this game. In the mean time I downloaded the demo for this game from the website. If they cannot get the CD version to work and I download the full game...will the things that I have installed to the demo convert to the new install? I would really like to know that . And many thanks for taking the time to respond. Dave

However, based on my experience with numerous installs, uninstalls, and patch updates, I believe that your add-ons and saved games will not be affected in the least. Besides, I think all you are doing is entering a license key. Here are two links to the online manual which will be instructive and which support my assertion: OOTP Baseball Manual - Installing Your License How do I install the license for my OOTP Developments game? - Kayako eSupport Help Desk Software |

Bruce, I thank you again for the assistance. The only problem that I now face is the fact that I still do not know the effects of the install because of the fact that the original install was from CD. I read somewhere that you can not download from the OOTP site if you have installed from the Viva CD. That really doesn't explain my situation because this Demo runs fine and it was downloaded from the OOTP site???? I will ask the 2 software specialists who ars trying to resolve the issues with the VIVA CD program. I just wonder how many people are having issues with the Viva version ? It would have been much easier to have bought the download version initially. But now, being a persistant cuss I would like to see what has caused all the Viva issues defined. Thank you again for the input. Dave
