Player Ejection bug

I just played a game in which Scott Rolen was ejected for going after the pitcher after a HBP. Both players were ejected, and the game automatically went to the roster page to sub in a replacement. I put in a pinch runner, and continued the game. The runner showed up in the batting order as expected, but he did not replace Rolen at first. Rolen eventually advanced to 3rd before the end of the inning, but he didn't score, so I couldn't see if his runs would have been affected. After the inning, Rolen was replaced - he was just still shown as a baserunner for that half inning.
Also, I don't think I've ever seen a temperature at a ballpark above 0 deg in any game that I've actually played, and it's after the All-Star Break in my season.
Other than those two (nearly insignificant) bugs, this is an amazingly fun game so far.
