Minor League Problem

In my online league, whenever I download the game file, the minor leagues have a glitch where some players will be "switched" with other players in the league. For instance, if I have John Doe as my number 1 Double-A pitcher, Joe Smith from another organization will show up instead. The game does this for about 10 players in every organization. This presents a problem, as I can't move some prospects in my system.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think this problem started happening right around the final patch.

A couple other managers have this issue, but the majority of the league does not. Is there something the affected managers and I should be doing to prevent this from happening?

are you downloading in game, or getting a new file after sims?

It sounds as though the players.dat file is either corrupt or not included in the uploads.

Agreed (almost). This is almost always because names.dat and retired.dat are not included in the simmer's upload after running a sim. Despite what anyone says, ALWAYS include them.

Thanks a lot. I'll bring that up to the commissioner. I think neither are included.
