simming on different computer....

Guys,

My home computer is exploding, won't even boot up at the moment.

So, I am downloading OOTP (version X if it matters) to sim my league here at work.

I will be downloading the latest league file off of my league's FTP site.

What do I need to do to ensure the sim runs correctly and smoothly, without a noticeable difference caused by the new computers?

For example, last week I ran one my my sims after re-installing OOTP (in an effort to fix my computer issues), and my custom injury file was not used, so I edited out the injuries, and then re-imported my custom injury file for the sims going forward, what else do I need to do or look out for?

Just transfer everything that you've customized from your old "/data" folder over to your new install's "/data" folder. Make a backup copy of your new install's folder before you start just in case, so you always have a clean install to go back to.
