Skin idea.....not sure if it has been suggested or not.

I was thinking today it would be nice to have a skin that had a "baseball field" look, with green grass, chalk lines, fence distances, etc......

If this has already been suggested just let me know and I'll delete it.

I haven't messed around much with trying to skin the game yet, can't tear away from playing it, but that does sound cool. If I can tear away long enough, I might try my hand at creating something. Anyone have or know where there might be a nice picture taken with the camera at or near ground level looking down one of the foul lines with the fences visible? Might be a good place to start from.

If I can find the time this week, I might try to mock something up for a review and input.

Well, I think I'll throw my hat into the bid and try to skin this one up. No clue as to how long it will take, my MLB one took about two weeks but I'm a little more used to the functions now too. I'll let you know how it comes along.

Well I had the night off work so I was able to work on this quite a bit. I found some pretty good graphics to use and went through three different designs I had in mind until I picked what I thought looked the best. I have the skin maybe half done now. I'll keep you guys posted.

Well, I was gonna take a break but I got kinda addicted to making it and everytime I went to bed I was right back up finishing it. It's uploading onto Baseball Sim Central now so it'll be available in a few days. I'll try and get some screenshots up if I can figure out how to this time.

Well for some reason the images weren't popping up. I had the same address for the IMG tag as the site.

Yes I know I'm computer illiterate.
