How to use real rosters in custom world

Basically what I want to do is set up my own league, but also have the MLB, MiLB, and Japan, with real players (but Japan is not a must for having real players).

If I start an MLB game, I can't add my fictional league to the universe. But if I create a custom game, I can't figure out how to use 2010 MLB and MiLB rosters.

Yuo can start a 2010 Major League season, then once the game is started, and you are ready to begin siming through, the very next step before going onto the next (first) day, is to then go back into the "league editor" screen. You can add more leagues in there, if you like.
