An iOOTP App Idea

Think this kinda got lost in the apple vs droid debate, but I thought would be a great idea.

What I would really like to see if a mobile app for iphone, ipad, blackberry, droid, etc that allows us travelers to be able to export for our on-line teams. I for one, cant load OOTP on my work laptop and no way I am carrying two around...so I have to ask family and friends to do my exports. Would much rather have a mobile app that allows me to d/l critical info for my team and export. No game engine for sims needed, only minimal data required as I can always look at stats, etc via the on-line HTML.

What do you guys think? Good idea?
How difficult is this to program?
