His status on the waiver wire screen is FLO. What's that?

This is definitely some sort of a glitch. This same guy is on waivers in one of my leagues and has been for over a year. He also has zero ratings. And teams claim him, but he stays on waivers. He's basically stuck in some wrinkle of the OOTP space-time continuum. I would be angry, too...

Yeah I'd think I'd be pretty upset if the most interesting thing the scouting agency can say about me is that I like to read a good book every now and then.

All 0 ratings are usually a sign something is corrupt in your game and it starts to generate players with no ratings. I would uninstall and reinstall.

I had a player like this... Andrew Cisco (don't know if he's a current real player or not) He actually retired while he was on the waiver wire. You have to go into commish mode, unretire him, claim him, release him, and re-retire him.

Given their track record, I'd say getting dumped by the Royals implies you're pretty good.
