In Paint.Net, you could:

Use the "color selector" to select the color of the jersey; then
use the "brush" to color over the word "Washington". Then:
Add a new layer; type your new text in the new layer, and
then merge the two layers together.

Might work.

For some reason the uniform for the Warriors isnt showing up right in the game...is it because of teh text in the background? how do i get rid of that i have that ona few caps and jerseys but i havent tried those in game yet.

The forums only allow png file attachments up to 100kb. If it is bigger than that, it uploads it as a jpeg instead (and changes the size slightly). What you see is what happens when you use a jpeg file. You need to take the picture, open it in GIMP, stretch it to 512x512, then resave as a png file. Then it will work.

Alternatively, he can email it to you.

Also need Metropolis Supermen all i have is the logo

all i need is cap and jersey since i use the logo below.
but maybe u could do something unique with it.

i had a yellow version of the batman logo for high heat but i cant find it right now so heres what i downloaded.

any way to turn Wicket holding a bat vs a staff? but mostly for Ewok Village i never really did a logo for them the team only last 11 yrs til it folds but i plan on bringing them back in 2040 along with 1 of 3 others Chewbacca Bowcasters, Bezheen Bandits, or Queen Kings or if i can think of a better nickname or Queen.

here is Wicket attached teh rest of Ewok Village was posted before.

and a change to the St Louis Cardinals cap to East St Louis ESTL
