Can't Add Pictures For Some Players...?

I downloaded the Padres FAN Mod pictures and those are great.

I like to add my own pictures for some players though. I did this a lot in the 2010 version.

For some reason I am having a really hard time getting this to work in 2011. I have downloaded pictures to the main Photos file...that only worked for a couple players...like in Pittsburgh Zach Duke and Paul Maholm show up but Ryan Doumit and Andy LaRoche do not show up, despit the pics being in the exact same format. So then I have downloaded them to the saved game/news/images folder for the league I am playing in...again...this worked for a couple players but not for others.

Anyone know why the 2011 version doesn't seem to work for all the pictures? I have been wasting a lot of time trying to figure this out...
