Issue when creating league

I'm not necessarily a newbie to OOTP (been playing since version 5!), but its taken me a while to finally get around to buying 11 (I've had no time to play!). But now when I try to create my first league, the game freezes up when it gets to creating Logos for my new creation! Is this a know issue? I just want to get simming!

sometimes, especially if you have a low powered computer (like my netbook) stuff just takes a long time.

If it's really not that I think you should take it up with Tech Support... it's not a problem I've had.
