I want me some of that 8 year contract!

I don't care if these forums are dead. This is an awesome game so I'll continue posting!

I've seen some teams sign players to an 8 year deal! I have an ego and am insulted when teams won't resign me for more than. How good do I have to be to get THAT deal?

I believe I got a 10 year deal once (from age 28-38), then moved as an FA on a big 3 year deal and got released halfway through the first year

Man, how goog were you to get a team to offer a 10 year deal? Were other teams offering the same?

100 contact, 100 power. I signed a 10 year extension with my draft team. It was my first ITP game.

never tried to get a 10 year deal, always wanted short deals to be able to move around to title contenders, might try that in my next game though
