I heard that interview when it first aired. I love the idea of pairing Bob Gibson and Reggie to talk about the game. Gibson personified the word "intimidation" when I was a teenager. I still remember that great, great 1968 World Series, back in the days when you had to sneak a transistor radio into school to listen to the games.

As to this other business about the internet . . .I have no idea what you people are referring to. I was referring to buying books from Amazon. What did you think I was talking about?

That's a great interview. I watched Hoot hit people for years without understanding his methodology - or even if he had one - and that's useful knowledge.

Did anyone else notice that Reggie didn't come across as a total egomaniac for a change?

Maybe being out of the spotlight for a while finally got him interested in something else.

He did that so people would notice that he wasn't acting like an egomaniac and talk about that. A slick way to get the spotlight.

if only the new update/patch will have the function for the coach/gm be able to give the hitter a big slap after he swing at a 3-0 pitch at the tie game, 9th inning, with 2 men on, and 2 out...

this happened to me twice, one time is Brian McCann and the other time is Chipper Jones...

Be able to use 'Clear Records' for team records under the Single Game Records tab.

I simmed 30 seasons ahead and cleared everything (stats, retirees, etc), but the team Single Game Records are still intact even after pressing the 'Clear Records' button.
