Post Bug with AI running out of pitchers in OOTP4

If this was mentioned previously, then disregard.

While playing a game in OOTP4, the game went into extra innings. The computer ran out of pitchers and pinch hitted for his pitcher (even though none were left in the bullpen). Come next inning, the pitcher that was pinch hit for is STILL on the mound and pitches a few more innings. I also believe (i'm not 100% certain) that the batter that pinch hitted for the pitcher ALSO stayed in the game, in the pitcher's hitting spot (it was a NL game without DH).

Anyone else experience this problem ?
Is this something that's fixable (OOTP development crew) ?

I also noticed the PBP got a little screwy when it ran into the above mentioned situation. The PBP knew that the pitcher was no longer in the game and I believe it stated that the pinch hitter was taking the mound to pitch (which he didn't).
