League History Is Inaccurate

I submitted this to the support section of the site, but I'm wondering if someone else can confirm this is happening or has some type of explanation for me:

When teams are moved from one league to another, they remain listed as an active team in their old league's history pages.

For example, say Team A plays in League X from 2001-2010, and then moves to League Y and plays there from 2011-2020. If you then go to the League X History ---> Teams, Team A will be listed as being in the league from 2001-2020, when they actually left the league in 2011. I believe they should be listed as a defunct team, or at least have accurate years.

Bump. Nobody else is having this problem? I think it's annoying as hell and would think it would bother others...
