Player edits

I was just wondering how you can edit players. i know in the last one OOTP I had there was just an edit player tab in each players window but i have yet to notice one.

Can you also edit contracts? an example is I'm the brewers and they have suppan signed to a 5 year 52 million deal originally which that last year was a team option but on here it isn't. any way i can change that?

You need to be in Commissioner mode to edit players and/or contracts. Go to your Manager dropdown menu, then Manager Options and you'll see a box to check to turn on Commish mode in the top left section.
