I just saw this happen to one of my players. Pissed me off, but luckily wasn't playoffs.

A few things I didn't notice until I realized to look for them. I never saw the "getting thrown out stretching a hit" until I looked for it. Oftentimes we click too fast and miss the flavor.

I don't remember seeing a ground-rule double or rundown yet, but they've probably happened and I didn't notice.

I don't believe the PbP for the ground-rule double play actually uses the phrase "ground-rule double." IIRC, the it reads something like "the ball bounces over the wall and out of play." Sometimes, you'll see the runner try to advance an extra base and get waived back.

It doesn't always use that phrase, but it often does. I just had one in the last game I played.

That's pretty much what I saw too.

Actually just got a ground rule double in back-to-back games...one for me and one against me!

And, amazingly enough...just had the final hit---successful steal on a pitchout. They're all there....but rare

My stepdad works for Olympia Entertainment and is often in the pen. He's gotten a lot of GR Double balls and HR balls. Marcus Thames hit a big HR for us and my stepdad made sure he got the ball, which he promptly signed and told my stepdad to give to the first kid he saw that he could tell was a baseball fan!

Had my first triple play today (against me, unfortunately, Jack Wilson lined to the shortstop, who stood on 2nd and threw to 1st)

I understand a lot of these are rare occurrences in real life baseball but they do happen. I've played 100 games so far in pbp mode and these just dont come up.
see all these things as well. Keep playing. Except hte pitchout thing but then again, I never pitchout.

Which is, of course, exactly as they should be.
