How exactly do you sim multiple seasons?

Ive tried to go through a season but I guess I am missing some settings because my team will not resign players or bid on free agents.

When you sim 5 seasons for example - what do you do as far as settings go to let it go through without delays? Can you sim straight through seasons?

If you want to simulate multiple seasons but not do any front office operations, you'll have to either resign from the team, or set all options on the manager options page to being CPU controlled. Also, you can change the parameters in the manager options page so that personal messages and such don't stop your simming.

How do you sim multiple seasons? There use to be a sim X amount of years but i dunno if they still have that or what to do

In the league schedule page, you can set the current date you're viewing. Set it to a date, say, 5 years in the future. Then, go to the bottom of the screen and select autoplay until selected date.

It's obscure, but it's a good way to build 10-20 years of history for a league if you want to do it.

You can do it from any screen now. In the top right corner where it says "Finish Today", if you click the baseball to the left, you can auto-play.
